Brian Mora
18+

Brian Mora has been involved in the marching arts for 20+ years. During that time he has served the community in a multitude of roles including drill writer, instructor, consultant, and director. This afforded him the opportunity to work with several groups including Team Miami (A.K.A Braddock Independent), Crossmen, Mandarins, and YEA!. However, the position that he has felt the most called to is that of adjudicator. It is in this capacity that Brian feels he has the farthest reach and therefore, can be the most proactive in supporting groups to become successful in achieving their goals. The kid’s development and that of the field as a whole is at the center of all he does. As a result, Brian has worked with many associations such as WBA, NTCA, TCGA, CCGC, SJVCGA, PPACC, LVMA, NVIA, WCWA, ADLA, FMBC, MAIN, and NESBA.

I was in color guard in high school for 3 years, for a state champion school in Maryland. I then started instructing at 3 different high schools over the next 8 years, both outdoor and winter seasons. I currently am instructing at a small 2A school in Texas, the only 2A competitive winter guard in our circuit, where I brought them to State championship level.
